Sunrise Vinyasa is a dynamic and flowing style of yoga designed to awaken the body and mind first thing in the morning. Rooted in Vinyasa yoga, this practice links breath with movement in a smooth sequence, creating a meditative and energizing experience.
Sun Salutations (Surya Namaskar): The foundation of the practice, helping to warm up the body, increase flexibility, and boost circulation.
Breath Awareness (Pranayama): Conscious breathing techniques enhance oxygen flow, mental clarity, and focus for the day ahead.
Dynamic Flow: Smooth transitions between poses build strength, improve balance, and develop flexibility.
